How is storytelling important?

Storytelling is important in a learning or presenting aspect as it builds trust and it allows for creativity. They can be powerful persuasive tools and keep everyone engaged on the experience. Everyone loves a good story, so why not use it to intrigue the audience. With that in mind, I will be presenting some examples of storytelling comics and some tools that can be used. 

The main storytelling tool/website used was storyboard that, its a tool that anyone can use and appears to be user friendly. It allows you to choose from templates or create your own from scratch (I created mine all from scratch). Allowing you to edit the characters, props, background, speech, anything you can think of. It definitely took me a while to get used to this tool and how to use effectively. 

This storytelling has no story behind it, but the original joke my significant other uses all the time involves a bear. They didn't offer any bears as animals. 

Second one was Canva,  they offer a lot more variety besides from storytelling tellings, from templates for posters, websites, comics, etc. They had a lot of templates and filled in comics that can be used, they offer a collection of free templates or you can create your own. 

Lastly, was Pixton I personally like Pixton it has an intergraded feature that allows you to edit and pick pre-made comics on many different topics and concepts with backgrounds, outfits, facial expressions. I found this storytelling tool the most user friendly and aesthetic pleasing as the consumer.
